- 1/2" Adjustable Slicing Rotor
Our most popular rotor. Blade adjusts to provide
uniform slices from 1/32” to 1 /2”. Ideal for fruit and
salad bars, and for making pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs,
subs, hoagies and tacos. Slices onion rings, potato
chips, banana chips, au gratin style potatoes, cabbage
into slaw or sauerkraut and lettuce into ribbons.
Excellent for most fruits and vegetables including
tomatoes, onions, green peppers,
olives, mushrooms, pickles, cauliflower, radishes,
cucumbers, strawberries, kiwi, bananas, apples and
